About The Role

Westbury Sportswear is looking for a senior operations leader to own and scale end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment, and control tower operations across its growing e-commerce business.

This high-impact role offers direct exposure to the CEO and Board, with responsibility for operational excellence, warehouse infrastructure, automation, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, and control tower operations.
- Drive SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost optimisation.
- Lead warehouse setup and expansion, including site selection, layout, hiring, SOPs, and go-live.
- Drive warehouse automation, WMS implementation, and process improvement.
- Evaluate 3PL versus owned warehouse models and manage vendor and infrastructure partnerships.
- Use data and root-cause analysis to resolve operational challenges.
- Build business cases, evaluate ROI, and present investment proposals to senior leadership and the Board.
- Build high-performing teams, strengthen accountability across stakeholders, and develop second-line leadership.

What We’re Looking For

- 10–15 years of experience in supply chain,



warehousing, logistics, or operations, with at least 3–4 years in leadership.
- Mandatory hands-on warehouse and B2C e-commerce marketplace operations experience across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, etc
- Proven experience in driving automation and process optimisation.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage both Onground warehouse operations and board-level discussions.

Preferred

- Startup, fashion, or sportswear experience
- End-to-end warehouse setup
- Direct ownership of 3PL and infrastructure partnerships.
- Full-time MBA from a Tier 1/2
