Role Description The Associate Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring units are clean and well-maintained, and resolving guest and owner queries promptly and professionally.

The Associate Property

Manager will work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor partners to ensure service standards are met, while monitoring occupancy, guest feedback, and basic financial performance metrics.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate property records,



supporting implementation of JadeCaps processes and tools, assisting in onboarding new properties, and helping deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. The role also requires regular site visits, adherence to compliance and safety standards, and collaboration with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in property management, hospitality operations, or real estate services, with a focus on guest or client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage guest expectations, coordinate with owners, and work effectively with on-ground teams.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including property management or booking systems, spreadsheets, and mobile apps used for operations.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including handling multiple properties, prioritizing tasks, and addressing operational issues in real time.
- Attention to detail and quality standards in areas such as cleanliness checks, inventory management, documentation, and issue tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, conduct regular property visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in short-term rentals, hotels, serviced apartments, or customer service is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
