Role Description The Associate Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This position involves managing and growing a portfolio of retail and small business customers through regular interaction, needs assessment, and proactive service.

Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, explaining banking products and services, assisting with account opening and documentation, and supporting customers with credit and deposit solutions. The role requires monitoring account activity, identifying cross-selling opportunities, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution of customer requests,



and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Associate Relationship

Manager is expected to maintain accurate records, prepare basic reports on portfolio performance, and contribute to branch-level business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship and service skills, including the ability to engage with diverse customers and build long-term trust.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and business development skills, such as identifying customer needs, cross-selling products, and meeting assigned targets.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of retail banking products and processes, preferably including deposits, loans, and everyday branch operations.
- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages and the ability to explain financial products clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail, record-keeping, and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a branch environment, collaborate with team members, and demonstrate integrity and ethical.
