CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in plastic packaging, extrusion and thermoforming industries.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in managing industrial utilities and maintenance teams.
- Positive troubleshooting, planning and leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime.
- Handle maintenance of extrusion and thermoforming machines.
- Manage plant utilities, including air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, electrical systems and HVAC.
- Lead the maintenance team, technicians and electricians.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage critical spare parts, inventory and maintenance costs.
- Identify recurring breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with machine manufacturers and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
