About the Role

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise, practical project experience, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Teach Python programming, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science concepts.
- Provide hands-on training using AI/ML tools, libraries, and frameworks.
- Guide students in developing real-world AI/ML projects and practical applications.
- Train students in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging AI technologies.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, practical exercises, and project guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance and feedback.
- Clarify student doubts and support them throughout their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and industry trends in AI and ML.




- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI.
- Knowledge of model development, training, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in developing practical AI/ML projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development or training is preferred.
- Candidates with strong technical expertise and practical project experience are encouraged to apply.
