What You'll Do

You'll own the visual language of our brands. Not just execute - own. That means shaping how our brands look, feel, and show up across every surface: campaigns, packaging, social, web, email, shoots, and beyond.

Day To Day, You'll Be

- Defining and evolving a sharp, cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints
- Leading creative from concept to final output - ads, digital assets, packaging, and everything in between
- Collaborating with brand, marketing, and product teams to make sure the work is doing more than looking valuable
- Leading and owning the creative and visual output of photoshoots and video productions, keeping quality consistent across all content.
- Mentoring designers - building their craft while raising the bar on what "done" looks like
- Staying close to what's happening in culture, design,



and the industry — and knowing what's worth paying attention to

What You Bring

- 6+ years in a creative role, with a portfolio that shows genuine range and point of view
- A background in graphic design or fine arts, preferably with experience at an advertising agency.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- A knack for translating business goals into visual ideas that land
- UI/UX experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
- A keen understanding of branding and brand identity with experience translating visuals across various marketing collaterals.
