Role Description The Architect at Workshaala Spaces will design and develop functional, aesthetically appealing office environments that align with client requirements and brand standards. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural designs and layout plans, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and vendors, and ensuring design compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

The Architect will review site conditions, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, participate in client meetings, and support integration of technology and furnishings into cohesive workspace solutions.



The role also involves monitoring project progress, addressing design-related issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of design guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on commercial and office spaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to building systems and workspace technologies.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field, along with relevant skilled experience in interior or commercial architecture.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong visual, spatial, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into practical design solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams in Noida.
