Additional Info : Independently Handle End-To-End Site Hr Operations And Employee Documentation. Manage Statutory Compliances, Including Pf, Esic, Pt, Ptec, Ptrc, Lwf, Labour Licences, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, And Other Applicable Labour Laws. Handle Monthly Salary And Payroll Processing, Including Attendance, Overtime, Leave, Deductions, Advances, And Full & Final Settlements. Maintain Attendance, Muster Rolls, Statutory Registers, Employee Records, And Contractor Documentation. Coordinate With Consultants, Contractors, Accounts, And Site Management For Timely Salary Payments And Statutory Compliance. Handle Recruitment Coordination, Joining And Exit Formalities, Employee Grievances, And Hr Mis Reports. Ensure Compliance Deadlines Are Met And Records Are Maintained For Audits. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
