Job Description – International Chat Process Executive

Position: International Chat Support Executive
Process: International Non-Voice (Chat Process)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Communication: Excellent English Communication
Work Mode: As per company requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through live chat and provide prompt assistance.
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Resolve customer issues related to products, services, and account queries.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Maintain good typing speed with accuracy.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills:





- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong grammatical and sentence-forming skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts.
