Position Overview

We are a nimble, high-growth $30M company building the future of our operational footprint. We are seeking a high-autonomy, solution-oriented Supply Chain Manager who is an absolute inventory management and predictive forecasting wiz. This role features a highly strategic reporting matrix: you will have a solid reporting line to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) for core network strategy and inventory governance, while maintaining a strong dotted reporting line to the EVP of Direct Sales Operations to ensure data pipelines perfectly synchronize with go-to-market pipelines.

Our business model is strictly B2B, but our fulfillment operations present as Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). Rather than managing traditional bulk palletized wholesale shipments, you will manage a high-velocity, high-frequency volume of line-item and individual component movements tailored for commercial enterprise clients. As a Manager in our agile workplace, you must possess a builder mindset and deeply understand the unique structural constraints of a Multi-Layer Hub-and-Spoke Distribution Model. You will run point on inventory modeling from our central Hubs (routing to both internal nodes and external corporate customer locations) down through our Spokes (internal regional nodes routing to final installation sites).

Our engineering philosophy heavily favors open-source tools to achieve high-performance results at low cost. You will extract and manipulate transactional sales, order, and fulfillment data sourced directly from our Shopify ecosystem, laying the foundational groundwork for our automated multi-tier replenishment models. Crucially, your impact will extend beyond our internal walls; using our rich data assets, you will architect customer-facing open-source data automation strategies, directly optimizing and automating the Bosso supply chain ecosystem for our external enterprise clients.

Core Responsibilities

- Multi-Layer B2B Distribution Orchestration: Manage and optimize stock configurations within a complex multi-tier network dealing with high-frequency, item-level fulfillment:
- Hub Layer: Balance centralized enterprise stock levels servicing high-velocity, un-palletized streams routing to both internal distribution nodes and direct external B2B client channels.
- Spoke Layer:



Forecast and coordinate precise stock transfers from internal spoke facilities down to the final commercial installation/end-user site, managing a high volume of individual components under tight corporate SLAs.
- Advanced Forecasting & Inventory Wizardry: Design, build, and scale predictive demand forecasting models from scratch. Establish mathematical reorder points, economic order quantities (EOQ), multi-echelon safety stock thresholds, and lead-time variability models to handle a fragmented, high-frequency order profile.
- Open-Source Infrastructure & Automation: Lead the design and implementation of internal inventory routing, hub-to-spoke transfers, and field replenishment cycles using high-performance, low-cost open-source tools and frameworks rather than expensive enterprise software suites.
- Shopify Data Integration: Own the extraction, engineering, and cleaning of multi-node transactional sales, itemized order data, and fulfillment records streaming from Shopify to map real-time velocity and feed your predictive models.
- External Client Automation (The Bosso Ecosystem): Analyze the proprietary data assets we hold to engineer customer-facing logistics solutions. Design open-source automated data pipelines and forecasting tools that directly optimize, predict, and automate inventory workflows for external Bosso clients.
- Data Infrastructure & Advanced SQL Querying: Architect, write, and optimize complex SQL queries and relational database configurations. Extract raw, multi-node transactional data across multi-facility schemas with clean, high-performance querying habits.
- Matrixed Leadership Collaboration: Partner directly with the CSCO to manage supply chain physics and capital expenditure, while providing regular, high-impact data deliverables to the EVP of Direct Sales Operations to sync customer demand patterns with live pipeline availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Inventory Expertise: 5–8 years of progressive experience deeply focused on multi-echelon inventory optimization, hub-and-spoke distribution networks, mathematical demand forecasting, and logistics business intelligence.
- Hybrid Operational Background: Proven experience navigating the data complexities of B2B models that utilize DTC fulfillment metrics (e.g., handling rapid, parcel-level shipping speeds, high line-item volumes, and drop-ship style data frameworks for enterprise clients).
- Technical Mastery & Tool Stack:




- E-Commerce Ecosystems: Direct experience working with Shopify data architectures, APIs, order object schemas, and multi-location inventory webhooks.
- SQL: Expert proficiency (writing stored procedures, performance tuning, and heavy data aggregation).
- Open-Source Mindset: Strong preference for and familiarity with high-performance open-source analytical tools (e.g., Python/Pandas, DuckDB, PostgreSQL, or open-source BI/dashboarding tools) over heavy proprietary software suites.
- Excel: Expert mastery (building complex inventory models using Power Query, advanced statistical formulas, macros, and simulation workflows).
- Network Complexity Mastery: Proven understanding of multi-tier supply chain physics, including push-pull boundaries, safety stock pooling effects, bullwhip mitigation, and final-mile/installation routing mechanics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics.
- The "Builder" Mindset: Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously in environments without established blueprints, creating mathematical models, documentation, and workflows where none previously existed.
- Executive & Client Presence: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the maturity to cross-functionally manage a matrixed reporting structure between the CSCO, EVP, and high-value external client accounts under tight deadlines.
- Shift Commitment: Absolute willingness and capability to work a permanent, long-term night shift to maintain 100% operational alignment with Boise, Idaho business hours.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
