Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a test preparation counselor located in Jaipur.
- Providing counseling for all the test preparations ((IELTS, PTE, SAT, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, SELT & DUOLINGO)
- Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups and social backgrounds.
- Regular follow-up of leads via phone calls and email.
- Form a rapport with the students, thus enabling a comfortable and free exchange of thoughts and ideas
- Maintain call records
- Attend to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Should answer student queries with promptness
- Ability to meet multiple tasks under pressure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1-year experience as a counselor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active and presentable
- Multi-tasker
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Convincing skills, an individual, who can get students on board
