BL International is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR leader to drive our people agenda, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support business growth.

Position: Head of Human Resources
Experience: 15+Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related discipline
Location: Noida
Reporting To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, manpower planning, and employer branding
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and succession planning
- Oversee compensation & benefits, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes




- Ensure statutory compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace policies
- Lead learning & development initiatives, HR analytics, budgeting, and organizational development

Ideal Candidate: An experienced HR professional with solid leadership capabilities, sound knowledge of labour laws, and proven expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions.
