We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Game Masters.

As a Game Master, you will be responsible for hosting and managing escape room experiences, guiding customers through their adventures, operating game systems, and ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable, safe, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, verify bookings, and explain game rules and safety instructions.
- Conduct engaging game briefings and introduce customers to their escape room experience.
- Monitor games through surveillance and control systems, providing hints and assistance when required.
- Operate escape room equipment, game controls, and entertainment systems.
- Reset rooms, puzzles, props, and equipment accurately between sessions.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, payments, and walk-in visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of gaming areas.
- Identify and report technical issues, damaged props, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure guest safety and follow operational procedures.
- Assist with other entertainment activities and daily center operations as required.





Requirements

- Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
- Ability to interact comfortably with individuals and groups.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn technical systems.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, gaming, or entertainment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
