Sevantay, a brand of Techtrail Labs, is a growing technology-driven company providing professional legal documentation, property services, and vehicle compliance services. We simplify government procedures for individuals and businesses through transparent processes, experienced professionals, and technology-enabled service management.

We are looking for an experienced Property Documentation & Government Liaison Executive to join our Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Karnataka government portals, property documentation, and government-office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle property-related applications through the Karnataka Kaveri portal, including Encumbrance Certificates (EC), certified copies, and property registration assistance.
- Process and coordinate e-Khata applications, khata transfers, corrections, and related property documentation.
- Work with BBMP, BDA, CMC, Gram Panchayat, and other relevant government authorities.
- Visit Sub-Registrar Offices, BBMP offices, and other government departments for application submissions, follow-ups, and procedural clarifications.
- Coordinate property registration appointments and required documentation.
- Review sale deeds, EC, property tax receipts, khata certificates, and other supporting documents for completeness.
- Track application statuses, identify objections, and coordinate their resolution.
- Work closely with advocates, legal professionals, and external service partners.
- Maintain accurate case records and status updates using Sevantay's internal operations portal.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service requests and communicate progress to the internal operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in property documentation, government liaison, real estate documentation, or similar roles.
- Practical experience using the Karnataka Kaveri portal and/or BBMP property-related portals.




- Positive understanding of e-Khata, khata transfers, property registration, and government documentation procedures.
- Familiarity with BBMP, BDA, CMC, and Gram Panchayat processes.
- Ability to independently visit government offices and follow up on applications.
- Kannada communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic English communication and computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for government-related work.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience with property documentation agencies, real estate companies, advocate offices, or government liaison services.
- Experience handling property registration appointments and resolving application objections.
- Familiarity with different property jurisdictions in Bengaluru.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Advantages

- Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience).
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2,000 per month.
