- Oversee factory operations and production planning.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and timely delivery.
- Manage manpower, machinery, and factory resources.
- Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments.
