Job Overview:

Red Dash Media is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our clients' social media presence, executing engaging campaigns, and driving brand awareness across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality posts, stories, and videos.
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budget allocations.
Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and align social media strategies accordingly.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
