Storekeeper – Wholesale Grocery / Food Warehouse

Location: Thunbaafushi Island, Maldives
Salary: 52000/- inr

Requirements and Eligibility

- Hands-on experience in wholesale storekeeping or warehouse operations.
- Experience handling fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen meat and poultry, and canned food.
- Knowledge of safe storage practices, stock rotation, and handling perishable and non-perishable goods.
- Experience in stock control, receiving, issuing, dispatching, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Knowledge of inventory management software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory reporting, and good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Verify deliveries against invoices and delivery notes, identifying damaged goods and shortages.
- Organize stock, maintain inventory records, and update stock movements.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, product condition, and expiry dates.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation of perishable and non-perishable goods.
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
