Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock movement and material coordination.

The role will also involve supporting business activities beyond regular store management, including events, ground-level marketing activities and Door-to-Door (D2D) campaigns whenever required.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-value products or inventory, strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment. Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Inventory Management

- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper inventory records.

- Handle inward and outward movement of materials and maintain accurate stock registers.

- Ensure proper storage, tagging and tracking of products and equipment.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

- Ensure the safe handling and security of high-value products and materials.

2. Material & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams for material availability.

- Track material dispatches, receipts and returns.

- Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders, invoices,



delivery challans and stock transfers.

- Ensure timely availability of materials for business and field operations.

3. Event & Marketing Activity Support

- Coordinate and manage logistics for company events, promotional activities and on-ground campaigns.

- Arrange and track marketing materials, banners, standees, promotional merchandise and other event requirements.

- Support the execution of exhibitions, society activations and customer engagement activities.

4. Field Marketing & D2D Campaign Support

- Support ground-level Door-to-Door (D2D) campaigns whenever required.

- Coordinate with field teams to ensure the availability of campaign materials.

- Assist in managing promotional activities in residential societies and local communities.

- Be flexible to travel locally and support business activities outside regular store operations when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience in store management, inventory management or warehouse operations.

- Prior experience handling high-value products, equipment or materials is mandatory.

- Experience in sectors such as electronics, electrical equipment, solar, appliances, automobiles, hardware or retail is preferred.

- Good knowledge of inventory tracking, stock reconciliation and documentation.

- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Basic English and Hindi communication skills are preferred.

- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to handle both store operations and on-ground business activities.

- Comfortable with local travel and working in a dynamic startup environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
