- Undergo practical training in Digital and Home Appliances retail operations.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other electronic products.
- Understand product features, technical specifications, pricing, brands, and market trends.
- Learn sales techniques, customer handling, and effective product demonstrations.
- Assist in achieving branch sales targets and business objectives.
- Understand daily store operations, stock management, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with sales teams, brand promoters, and category representatives.
- Monitor sales performance, product movement, and category-wise business growth.
- Learn customer relationship management and service-related coordination.
- Assist Branch Managers in team coordination, staff monitoring, and operational activities.
- Prepare sales reports and analyse business performance.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store standards.
- Develop leadership and managerial skills through practical assignments.
