We are looking for a responsible and experienced Dispatch Supervisor for a reputed Manufacturing Company in Parsakhera, Bareilly.

Job Details

- Position: Dispatch Supervisor
- Industry: Manufacturing Company
- Location: Parsakhera, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Duty Timing: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Experience: Preferably experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise daily dispatch operations.
2. Prepare and maintain dispatch challans using Tally.
3. Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
4. Coordinate with warehouse, production and transportation teams.
5. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
6. Track dispatched materials and maintain proper records.
7. Monitor loading,



unloading and vehicle movement.

Candidate Requirements

- Practical knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Knowledge of dispatch challan preparation.
- Previous experience in dispatch operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Valuable coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Responsible and detail-oriented approach.
