Roles and Responsibilities:

- Administer Microsoft Intune environments, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application management.
- Manage and support Android and iOS mobile devices through Intune-based administration workflows.
- Perform mobile testing to validate device policies, application behavior, enrollment flows, and user access scenarios.
- Investigate and resolve mobile device, policy deployment, access, and configuration issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 endpoint administration and maintain operational records for device and policy changes.

Skills Required:

- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in Intune administration, mobile device management,



or endpoint support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and mobile device management.
- Practical experience supporting Android and iOS devices in an enterprise environment.
- Experience executing mobile testing across enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application scenarios.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration processes.

Positive to Have:
- Experience supporting Windows devices through endpoint management platforms.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) degree.
