AI Video Creator

Do you enjoy making funny, creative videos with AI? Maybe you turn dog photos into characters, make short comedy clips, or experiment with whatever recent AI video tools you can find.

At STAGSTER Labs, we’d love to work with someone who can bring that creativity to our software products. You’ll experiment with ideas, make short videos for social media, and collaborate with our marketing team. Personal projects are absolutely welcome. You don’t need a fancy portfolio or a particular job title.

Location: Hyderabad, hybrid

Compensation: ₹10,000–₹14,000 per month

This opportunity is open to freshers, self-taught creators, freelancers and experienced people looking for a place to create and gain hands-on experience. Your work, ideas and initiative matter more to us than a particular degree or job title.

What you'll do

- Research our products, audiences and relevant trends, and suggest ideas worth testing.
- Create short-form videos, demos and social content using AI tools, editing tools, screen recordings and, where appropriate, real people or fictional characters.
- Develop engaging hooks, scripts, captions and edits for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X and other suitable channels.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to plan, publish and repurpose content, and help keep company pages active.




- Track published work and available performance metrics, learn from results and suggest improvements. Viral results aren't guaranteed.
- Explore cost-effective tools and free tiers responsibly, respecting usage rights, platform rules and consent when using someone's likeness or voice.

What we're looking for

- Evidence of creative video work, especially short-form content. Personal projects are welcome.
- Comfort experimenting with AI video, image, voice or editing tools and finding practical solutions within a modest budget.
- Good storytelling, an eye for engaging content, curiosity and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team.
- Familiarity with social platforms and a willingness to learn from performance. No minimum years of experience required.
