? Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Motion Graphic Artist who can combine traditional motion graphics expertise with emerging AI-powered creative technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging animations, AI-generated videos, motion graphics, visual effects, and promotional content for real estate and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles,



and AI tools to transform creative concepts into high-quality visual content.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and AI-generated video content for real estate marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Use AI-powered tools to generate images, videos, animations, and creative visual assets.
- Develop cinematic property walkthroughs, animated presentations, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Convert static images, 3D renders, and creative concepts into dynamic motion-based visual experiences.
- Work with AI video generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, and video editing workflows.
- Create smooth transitions, camera movements, visual effects, typography animations, and compositing.
- Experiment with different AI platforms, prompts, and workflows to achieve high-quality creative outputs.
- Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, video editors, and creative teams to deliver project requirements.
- Maintain visual consistency, brand guidelines, and production quality across deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, animation trends, and cutting-edge content creation techniques.

✅ Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication,



or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of animation principles, motion design, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in AI video generation, image-to-video animation, and text-to-video workflows.
- Basic understanding of video compositing, colour grading, and sound design.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts and refine outputs to achieve the desired visual quality.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and AI-generated video projects is essential.
