Role Description The AI Content Production Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, creation, and optimization of AI-generated content for influencer campaigns and brand projects. This role coordinates production workflows, sets content requirements, and manages timelines to ensure deliverables are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The specialist collaborates with internal teams, creators, and clients to translate strategic goals into detailed production plans, while monitoring output quality and performance metrics.
Daily responsibilities include configuring AI tools, reviewing and refining generated assets, implementing quality control processes, documenting best practices, and supporting training initiatives for team members on AI-driven content production.
The role also involves continuous improvement of production processes, staying current with AI content trends, and contributing ideas to enhance Talevo’s creative and strategic offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong production planning and production management skills to design workflows, schedule tasks, and coordinate resources across multiple concurrent projects.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, brief creators, and present content and insights to stakeholders.
- Experience with quality control practices to review, validate, and refine AI-generated content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Ability to support training initiatives, including documenting processes, onboarding team members to AI tools, and sharing best practices for content production.
- Familiarity with AI content generation tools and digital content platforms (e.g., social media, blogs, short-form video) and how they are used in influencer marketing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and use insights to improve content outputs and production workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital content production is an advantage.
