About the Rolecapsdata is looking for confident, enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to join our Sales Team as Advertising Field Sales Executives.

The role involves meeting advertising brands and potential clients, introducing our digital outdoor advertising platform, PickAdSpace, generating business opportunities and converting prospects into customers.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building business relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach advertising brands, businesses and potential clients.
- Conduct in-person client meetings to promote PickAdSpace's digital advertising solutions.
- Present advertising opportunities and explain the benefits of our platform.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with potential customers,



negotiate and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Skills and Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in approaching and meeting potential clients.
- Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Ability to negotiate and build client relationships.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Any degree is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
