Project Description:

- The Adobe Tech Forms Designer helps shape how forms are implemented in an agile environment and supports the delivery and improvement of forms, information-capturing, and related automation products. The position sits within the Information Capturing Crew in India and the Client Document and Records Management area.

Responsibilities:

- • Perform initial form design and handle bulk form-design work, including textual changes, according to defined guidelines.
- • Review requirements and configurations, identify gaps or discrepancies, and ensure system technical requirements are addressed.
- • Test forms and solutions, analyze the root causes of defects, and implement fixes.
- • Walk Source IT teams through test scenarios.
- • Produce production handover documentation.
- • Participate in post-production verification checks.

Mandatory Skills Description:





5+ years of experience as a Adobe Tech Forms Designer.

Technical skills / expertise

- • Experience with Adaptive Forms, XD, XFA design.
- • Experience with Adobe Pro, Adobe LiveCycle or AEM Designer.
- • Scripting knowledge, particularly JavaScript,
- • Knowledge of XSD, XML and Git.
- • Accessibility, Typographic and design knowledge.

Qualified skills

- • Able to work independently within given instructions and meet deadlines.
- • Comfortable working under time pressure and high workloads.
- • Well organized, with an ability to priorities and create efficient processes.
- • Client-focused and a problem solver.
- • Very good English is required; German is desirable, while other languages are advantageous.
