Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role based in Noida.

The Admission

Counselor will provide individualized guidance to students exploring study abroad options, helping them understand suitable countries, programs, and universities aligned with their academic background and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, responding to student and parent inquiries, explaining application and documentation requirements, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for application processing,



offering support through visa procedures, and assisting with pre-departure orientations.

The Admission

Counselor will contribute to outreach activities and information sessions to increase awareness of Student Grad’s services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for effective student and parent interactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admission process.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to engage prospective students, explain service offerings clearly, and help convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding, such as familiarity with international study programs, admission requirements, and academic pathways.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in English and at least one regional language, comfort with using CRM or student management systems, solid organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field, along with prior experience in counselling, admissions, or study abroad services, is preferred.
