We're Hiring | Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced and confident Admission Counsellor who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose suitable courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds and career aspirations.
- Explain course details, program benefits, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Handle student queries and guide the admission process.
- Maintain lead records and update student information in internal systems.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admission counselling, educational sales,



or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience in handling leads and achieving enrollment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to build professional relationships with prospective students.
