About the RoleQlocar Autosolution Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's finance and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, basic accounting principles, and financial data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and other financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Track accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and basic compliance activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, invoices, and payment records.




- Support basic administrative and documentation activities whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of GST returns and reconciliation.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.
