About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, analytical and growth-oriented YouTube Content & Growth Manager who can independently manage and grow our YouTube channels focused on AI-generated content.

The role involves managing the end-to-end YouTube content strategy, including identifying trending content ideas, reviewing AI-generated videos, developing engaging scripts, selecting appropriate music and sound effects, managing uploads and optimising content for maximum reach, engagement and monetization.

The ideal candidate should understand YouTube's algorithm, audience behaviour, content trends and monetization policies, with the ability to turn creative ideas into engaging content that drives channel growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. YouTube Channel Management

- Independently manage and oversee day-to-day operations of YouTube channels.
- Plan and maintain content calendars, upload schedules and publishing strategies.
- Manage video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists and metadata.
- Ensure consistency in content quality, branding and publishing frequency.

2. Content Strategy & Ideation

- Research and suggest creative, engaging and trending content ideas based on the channel's theme and target audience.
- Identify content opportunities by analysing competitors, trends and audience preferences.
- Develop short-form and long-form content strategies for YouTube Shorts and regular videos.
- Suggest new content formats, series and storytelling approaches to improve audience retention.

3. Scriptwriting & Content Review

- Develop engaging scripts, storylines, concepts and video narratives.
- Review AI-generated content to ensure storytelling quality, continuity, relevance and overall engagement.
- Decide suitable background music, sound effects, voiceovers and audio treatments.
- Ensure videos have strong hooks,



engaging storytelling, smooth transitions and effective endings.

4. AI Content Creation & Production

- Generate images, video clips and creative assets using AI tools wherever required.
- Work with AI image and video generation platforms to execute content ideas.
- Develop effective prompts for generating high-quality visual content.
- Coordinate the complete content production process, from ideation to final video approval.

5. YouTube Growth & Visibility

- Develop strategies to increase channel reach, subscribers, views and audience engagement.
- Optimise content for YouTube SEO, including titles, descriptions, keywords and thumbnails.
- Improve click-through rates (CTR), average view duration and audience retention.
- Analyse YouTube trends and recommend strategies to improve organic discoverability.
- Experiment with different formats, posting schedules, thumbnails and content approaches.

6. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

- Regularly monitor YouTube Studio analytics and channel performance.
- Track views, watch time, impressions, CTR, subscriber growth, engagement and audience retention.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming content and recommend improvements.
- Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable growth strategies.
- Track progress towards YouTube Partner Program eligibility and monetization goals.

7. Monetization & Policy Compliance

- Develop content strategies focused on building monetizable YouTube channels.
- Understand YouTube monetization policies, copyright guidelines and advertiser-friendly content requirements.




- Ensure appropriate usage and licensing of music, visuals and other creative assets.
- Focus on creating original, valuable and audience-focused AI content that meets YouTube's monetization standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in YouTube channel management, digital content strategy or social media growth.
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, analytics and monetization.
- Excellent scriptwriting, storytelling and content ideation skills.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio and channel performance analytics.
- Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Higgsfield or similar platforms.
- Understanding of video editing, sound design, background music selection and visual storytelling.
- Ability to research trends, analyse competitors and identify content opportunities.
- Strong creative thinking, ownership and analytical skills.
