Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage interior design projects from concept development to execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical drawing knowledge, client-handling capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with our design, production, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client consultations and understand project requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop creative interior concepts, space plans, furniture layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture drawings, and construction drawings.
- Select appropriate materials, laminates, finishes, hardware, and furniture specifications.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are production-friendly and technically feasible.
- Work closely with site engineers, production staff, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review site measurements and ensure drawings accurately reflect actual site conditions.




- Monitor design quality, project timelines, and material specifications.
- Present design proposals and revisions to clients and obtain approvals.
- Guide junior designers and maintain proper project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, interior design concepts, and furniture layouts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with knowledge of V-Ray or Enscape preferred.
- Knowledge of Pytha 3D or other furniture design and manufacturing software is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare and interpret detailed working drawings and furniture production drawings.
- Understanding of plywood, MDF, laminates, edge banding, modular furniture, and hardware.
- Experience coordinating with factory production and on-site installation teams.
- Strong communication, client management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

What We Are Looking ForWe need a designer who can combine creativity with practical execution, understand furniture manufacturing requirements, and take ownership of projects from initial design to final installation. Candidates with experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, customized furniture, and factory-based interior production will be preferred.
