Role Description The Senior Program Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the decision-making process, explaining program features, outcomes, and career pathways, and recommending suitable courses based on individual goals and profiles.

The Senior Program

Advisor will handle inbound and outbound queries, conduct counseling sessions, follow up with leads, and support learners from initial inquiry through enrollment.



The role also includes collaborating with academic and operations teams to ensure accurate program information, tracking performance against enrollment targets, preparing reports, and providing feedback to improve learner experience.

The Senior Program

Advisor is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, uphold ethical counseling practices, and contribute to the growth of the center.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand learner needs, provide guidance, and build trust-based relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage with diverse learner profiles.
- Proficiency in sales and enrollment activities, such as lead management, follow-ups, conversion tracking, and meeting enrollment targets.
- Good organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and working with CRM or similar systems.
- Ability to collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams, and provide feedback to enhance programs and learner experience.
- Comfort with technology-driven education, online learning platforms, and basic data analysis for tracking performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, business, or counseling is an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, education sales, or program advisory roles, preferably in edtech or higher education.
- Strong ethical standards, learner-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
