Job SummaryEduRun Group is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, generating leads, managing promotional activities, and coordinating with sales and other departments to improve brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute marketing activities as per business requirements.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events.
- Prepare marketing calendars and activity reports.
- Monitor campaign progress and execution timelines.

2. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements and industry trends.
- Analyse competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
- Identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain updated market research and competitor databases.

3. Lead Generation & Customer Coordination

- Support lead generation through marketing campaigns, events, and online channels.
- Maintain customer, prospect, and distributor databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and business enquiries.
- Track marketing-generated leads and update CRM records.

4. Marketing Materials & Brand Management

- Coordinate brochures, catalogues, product presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, and vendors.
- Prepare sales-support documents and presentations.

5. Digital Marketing

- Coordinate social media,



website, email marketing, and digital promotional activities.
- Assist in preparing content calendars and campaign briefs.
- Monitor campaign engagement and online enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for content publication.

6. Sales & Department Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Support customer presentations, product sampling, exhibitions, and sales meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of marketing requirements.
- Follow up on approvals, promotional materials, and deliverables.

7. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Track campaign performance, leads, events, and marketing expenses.
- Maintain marketing records, customer feedback, and campaign documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, lead generation, and brand promotion.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong coordination, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand promotion, lead generation, or sales support.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, food, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
