About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic finance professional to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening financial controls, and driving financial planning and performance.

This role requires a robust leader with excellent financial and commercial acumen who can work closely with the Managing Director and senior management in driving business growth and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the entire Finance & Accounts function.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Oversee financial statements, P&L;, balance sheets, cash flow, and monthly financial closures.
- Monitor profitability, working capital, fund management and cost optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage internal audits, statutory audits and financial risk management.
- Develop and monitor financial MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivables, collections and vendor management.




- Establish strong internal financial controls, accounting policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements and financial efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 15–25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with substantial experience in senior leadership roles.
- CA / CMA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in independently managing and leading the Finance & Accounts function.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial regulations.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, MIS, cash flow and profitability analysis.
- Experience in handling audits, working capital management, and internal financial controls.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
