We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Loan Agents to help customers find suitable loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads throughout the outbound process, explaining loan options, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with the loan processing team until the application is processed.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and connect with potential Business customers interested in loans.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates and repayment terms.
- Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding application status and pending documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide professional customer service.
- Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially and all activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Good communication in English and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan products, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Freshers may apply; training is provided.
- Basic computer (CRM and Calling Systems) and smartphone skills.
