· Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
· Follow up regularly with leads and understand their requirements.

· Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding pricing and order details.
· Update lead status, customer details and follow-up schedules in Excel or CRM.
· Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups and sales conversions.

B. Social Media Management· Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
· Publish regular posts, stories, product updates and business announcements.
· Respond to social media messages, comments and customer inquiries professionally.
· Manage WhatsApp Business inquiries and route relevant leads for follow-up.
· Coordinate with the graphic designer for promotional creatives when required.
· Write basic captions, hashtags and product descriptions.
· Maintain a content calendar and regular posting schedule.
· Monitor basic engagement and report incoming business inquiries.
C. Office & Business Coordination· Prepare daily sales and social media activity reports.
· Coordinate with the management team on customer requirements and follow-ups.
· Maintain organized customer records in Excel or Google Sheets.
· Assist in preparing business presentations and product catalogues.
- Educational Qualifications· Graduate in any discipline.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
· Basic understanding of social media platforms.
· Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.
- Required Work Experience· 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, telecalling or customer relationship management preferred.
· Experience in managing existing business leads and customer follow-ups.
· Practical experience managing Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn pages.
· B2B sales or customer-handling experience will be an advantage.
· Freshers with solid communication skills and practical social media knowledge may also apply.
