At PopGamma, we're rethinking how the next generation learns with AI-powered learning companions like Prof. Albert.

We're building for millions of young learners, and we believe creator-led content is going to be one of the biggest ways we get there.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and the creator ecosystem. Someone who gets what makes content click, has crazy curiosity, isn't afraid to experiment and wants to build something from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

- Hunt for creators: Discover interesting creators, build relationships and get them excited about PopGamma.
- Make content happen: Come up with Reel ideas, hooks, trends and creative concepts that people actually want to watch.
- Make things go viral: Experiment with creator collaborations and content formats. Figure out what works and do more of it.
- Turn views into users: Understand what makes people download, try and pay for a product. Not just chase likes and views.
- Experiment. Measure. Repeat: Try recent ideas, track results, learn quickly and keep raising the bar.
- Build the growth engine: Work directly with the founders and help shape how PopGamma reaches millions of users.

Who we're looking for We're not obsessed with degrees,

- You understand Instagram and YouTube Shorts beyond just scrolling through them.
- You have a good instinct for what makes content interesting, shareable and engaging.
- You've built something, tried something or made something happen. Could be a college initiative, an Instagram page, a community, a side project or a campaign.
- If you're experienced, show us what you've actually delivered and the impact you've made.
- You're proactive, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out without waiting for instructions.
- You're ambitious. You want to learn fast, take ownership and achieve things that make you proud.
