As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, finance operations and payment collections.

The Role

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in Finance, Accounting and Taxation, including B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance) graduates, CA Intermediate candidates and finance professionals with 2–4 years of experience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing accounting operations independently, coordinating with clients and vendors, and taking ownership of timely payment collections.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, financial operations and bookkeeping.

Handle purchase and sales invoices, billing and payment tracking.

Maintain ledgers, financial records and accounting entries.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Proactively follow up with clients for outstanding payments and drive timely collections.

Coordinate with clients regarding pending invoices, payment commitments, delays and discrepancies.

Manage vendor payments and maintain vendor reconciliations.

Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances.

Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

Assist with tax calculations, audit documentation and financial reporting.





Prepare MIS reports, expense statements and receivables/payables ageing reports.

Identify discrepancies and suggest improvements in accounting processes.

What We're Looking For

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

CA Intermediate completed candidates (either or both groups) strongly preferred.

2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS and taxation.

Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and client payment follow-ups.

Ability to independently coordinate with clients and vendors for payment recovery and reconciliation.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books or other accounting software.

Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

Knowledge of additional Indian or regional languages will be an added advantage.
