Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet.
- Understand their academic backgrounds, course preferences and learning requirements.
- Provide clear information about psychology programmes, course structure, fees and certification.
- Help candidates understand available learning options and address their concerns.
- Manage enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups until enrolment.
- Work towards monthly admission and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and admission updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate registrations and follow up on incomplete enrolments and pending payments.
- Prepare performance reports and share common learner queries with the team.

Requirements
- Explicit communication and presentation skills.
