Lead finance controllership, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and business performance reviews for mining operations, while providing actionable insights through financial analytics and benchmarking.
Partner with operations to drive productivity, cost efficiency and optimization across mining, processing, maintenance, and services.




Ensure effective governance of capex, opex, inventory, project spends, cash flow and working capital, alongside compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, internal controls and audits.
Support strategic planning, investment evaluation, and project approvals and act as a strategic business partner in delivering towards growth journey of HZL through financial stewardship, investment governance and performance management.
Drive automation, digitalization and data-driven decision making across finance processes.
Lead stakeholder engagement and participate in key site committees, including Grievance, School, CSR, Welfare and Governance forums.
Build a high-performance finance team and strengthen business partnering.

Qualified CA/CMA professional with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and derive actionable insights.
Experience in manufacturing, metals, mining or process industries preferred.
Passionate high-potential skilled with strong business acumen and an analytical mindset.
