Zimmer Biomet seeks a Business Systems Lead to administer financial applications supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable automation. The role manages incidents, enhancements, data integrations, and vendor collaboration while providing EMEA coverage from a Bangalore office on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change tickets for supported financial applications

Collaborate with Financial Shared Services teams to capture requirements and initiate IT demands

Design, configure, and support data integration into and out of supported applications

Promote and deploy changes from non-production to production systems

Identify and pursue system improvements in reliability, usability, functionality,



and performance

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years combined IT and/or Finance experience
- 3+ years supporting Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable applications
- 2+ years designing and supporting data integrations between applications
- 2+ years utilizing ITSM and SDLC processes and tools
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with High Radius and/or RelishIQ preferred
