Senior Graphic Designer
3 to 4 years experience

We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join the Bright marketing design team. You'll help shape how the world sees Bright as we grow into an AI-first consumer fintech. You'll work with Marketing, Growth, and Brand, and HR to produce creatives across our digital channels: performance ads, website, social media, mailers and app campaigns. Design high-quality digital assets for every function in the company, including growth marketing, social media, email, CRM, leadership and HR.
Own the full creative process, from brief and concept to final delivery,



across a wide range of use cases.
Design investor and leadership presentations, landing pages, and graphics for blogs, newsletters and other marketing work.
Apply our brand guidelines consistently across all media, and help evolve the brand as the product grows.
Use AI design tools to speed up exploration and production, without lowering the quality bar.
Keep design files, assets and templates organized so the team can reuse them easily.

3 or more years of design experience, with a solid portfolio of brand and marketing work

- A design-driven, strategy-led approach to visual concepts.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools (Magnifik, Claude,etc)..
- A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Clear communication and the ability to explain your design choices.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus.

Full ownership of marketing design, with room to come up with your own solutions and see them through.
Hands-on experience designing for AI products at a company building the first AI-driven fintech for middle-income consumers.
A thorough understanding of how a customer-focused financial product gets built and grown.
Cross-functional skills that could one day help you start your own company.
