Obtain the technical documents from design for production.
- Provide feedback to design on sample production.
- Introduce technology that helps cost saving, improve product quality and reduces
Monitoring of scrap generation and rejections in production.
- Work in collaboration with Local, APAC and Group teams.
- University master's degree in manufacturing and production or similar field.
- Minimum 10 years' Senior management experience in electrical industry.
- Track record of building a high-performance team and organizational structure.
- Work experience of relevant software.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet guidelines.
- Ability to communicate in oral & written English fluently.
