About The Role
Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Software Developer / IT Solution Expert with strong expertise in software development, enterprise applications, data integration, analytics, and JEDOX solutions. The ideal candidate will combine engineering fundamentals with modern software development practices to deliver creative business solutions while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
This role requires a highly motivated professional who can work independently, manage complex technical challenges, and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives within Siemens Energy.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Solution Delivery
Design, develop, test, and implement JEDOX-based business solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop high-quality code aligned with functional and technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and identify opportunities for design and implementation improvements.
Support application deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
Data Integration & Analytics
Design and implement ETL processes and data integration solutions.
Develop and optimize data models, databases,



and data warehouse solutions.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
Support data migration and transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms.
Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and project delivery activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and solution validation.
Drive continuous process improvements and best practices adoption.
Production Support
Provide ongoing support for enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues.
Ensure system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- MCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, enterprise applications, data integration, and analytics.
- Experience delivering large-scale business applications and data transformation projects.
