Drive Strategic People Initiatives: You will run targeted initiatives and programs to build a team with high execution excellence, protect our high-potential employees, and build an environment where our top talent actively chooses to stay and grow.

- Own Capability Management: You will lead talent bucketing calibrations to categorize performance across teams, establishing transparent, practical 'Next Steps' action plans for every group to step up their game.
- Track productivity and business value by monitoring Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across all business units.
- Champion Clear Career Progression: You will build transparent, structured career pathing frameworks that show our people a vivid,



exciting future map of their growth within the company.
- Leverage HR Analytics: You will rely heavily on workforce data, dashboards, and metrics to track organizational health, spans, layers, and project impact, using these data-driven insights to back up your recommendations during leadership reviews.

5 to 10 years of relevant experience

- Consultative & Behavioral Thinking: You possess a strong analytical mindset regarding human behavior and corporate dynamics, approach issues with an employee-first lens, and seamlessly align people directly to business impact.
- Resilience Under Pressure: You remain calm, objective, and deeply empathetic during business restructuring, structure adjustments, or severe escalations.

Partner with Business Leaders: Work closely with business heads and functional leaders to align talent health with operational execution and market growth.
