A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire software engineers for its product engineering team. You will build and ship features used by real customers from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain product features end to end, working closely with product and design to turn requirements into reliable, well-tested code.
Build and ship features across the stack, from design through to production
Quality & Collaboration
2 to 5 years building production software in a modern language (e.g. Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript)





- Solid computer-science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and system design basics
- Comfort working with relational or NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Exposure to a public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerised deployments
Contributions to open-source projects or a robust personal GitHub history
A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
A software engineer seat at a US product company's India engineering hub
