To operate CNC Press Brake Bending Machines efficiently and produce sheet metal components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Press Brake Bending Machines (Delem / Hindustan / Ermak).

Perform sheet metal bending operations as per engineering drawings.

Set up machines, select suitable tools, punches, and dies.

Understand and interpret technical drawings and bending dimensions.

Perform machine setting, parameter adjustments, and program corrections.

Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.

Monitor production quality and achieve daily production targets.

Identify and report machine abnormalities and breakdowns.

Follow 5S, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance practices.





Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to minimize rejection and rework.

Technical Skills

CNC Press Brake Machine Operation.

Delem CNC Controller knowledge.

Hindustan / Ermak Press Brake machine experience.

Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Knowledge of vernier caliper, measuring tape, and angle measurement.

Knowledge of machine setting and tooling selection.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal bending operations.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Hands-on experience in CNC Press Brake machines.
