About the Role Lumber is a construction payroll and workforce management platform serving contractors with payroll, HR, compliance, and ERP integrations. We're hiring an offshore Implementation Manager to independently own and deliver SMB implementations for our construction clients.

It's built for someone who can manage a full book of SMB and MM implementations end-to-end with limited oversight — leading clients confidently, resolving issues independently, and raising the bar for the teammates around them.
