Brand Manager / Head of Marketing

We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support brand-building
and marketing execution across Decorpot and FurnitureOne. hands-on role spanning both online and offline marketing - you'll be
close to campaigns, content, shoots, and on-ground activity, working
with internal teams and external partners to bring the brands to life
Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
across digital and offline channels, aligned to brand and business
Drive social media campaigns in partnership with content and
performance teams - content calendars, creative briefs, community
Support offline/BTL activity - events, experiential activations,
store/experience-centre branding, OOH, and local marketing
Manage creative development with internal designers and external
agencies, ensuring output is on-brief, on-brand, and on-time.




•Maintain brand consistency across all collateral, communication, and
customer touchpoints for both brands.
•Coordinate with agency partners (creative, media, production, PR)
Track campaign performance, compile reports, and share actionable
and brand health inputs.
•Manage timelines, budgets, and documentation for assigned projects.

3–5 years of experience in brand/marketing, from the brand side
(preferred) or a reputable advertising/creative agency.
•Exposure across online and offline marketing - campaigns, social
media, content, shoots/production, and activations.

- Hands-on experience coordinating shoots and creative production.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, vendors, and agency

Valuable communication, coordination, and project-management skills,
