Drive new client acquisition and generate business from existing clients across the real estate and financial services sectors.
Identify and develop relationships with real estate developers, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Build industry networks to generate business opportunities and referrals.
Senior RM: 7–8 years of experience in banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions, preferably in real estate financing, SME, or mid-market lending.
Junior RM: Around 2 years of work experience, with robust communication skills and experience in cold calling.
Strong networking, relationship management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Salary Range: 8–35 LPA, depending on experience and role.
